Discounted Room Rate for Attendees
CLSI’s discounted room rates at the Renaissance and Residence Inn Arlington Capital View Hotels have been filled. We have negotiated the same rate of $169/night for attendees at the nearby Hilton Crystal City Hotel. This rate is available until Sunday, May 31, 2015, or until all rooms are sold (whichever comes first).
To reserve your room today for the 2015 CLSI June Committee Week, please contact the hotel directly by calling the central reservation department at +1.800.695.7551. You must request the name “Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI)” to be identified in the block and be given your discounted group rate prior to the cut-off date.
Also, please note that registering for the meeting will NOT automatically reserve a room at any hotel. Room reservations must be made separately. If you should need assistance with making your reservation, please contact Stephanie Robinson at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Hilton Crystal City, Renaissance, and Residence Inn Arlington Capital View Hotels are located in the heart of Crystal City—just minutes from Washington, DC!
