We host an annual Symposium and an annual Scientific session, both held at CLSI’s Leadership Conference each March. CLSI provides full day workshops throughout the year at different locations within the United States, focusing on important topics relating to the laboratory community. CLSI has many more Education initiatives in the works and will be offering a larger variety of options in the near future. Industry publications such as Lab Medicine, ADVANCE, Medical Laboratory Observer, Clinical Laboratory News, and others, often feature articles on specific CLSI documents and their effectiveness in steering laboratories toward better patient care. The articles highlight the key points of each document by featuring quotes and important information provided by the expert volunteers who worked through the CLSI consensus process to create the document.
