CMO and Vice President of Global Medical, Biostatistical and Design Quality, Siemens Healthineers

Dr. Molinaro serves as CMO and Vice President of Global Medical, Biostatistical and Design Quality for Siemens Healthineers.  He received his graduate and post-doctoral training in Biotechnical and Clinical Laboratory Science, Clinical Chemistry, and Molecular Medicine.  Dr. Molinaro also holds an adjunct faculty position within the Department of Pathology at Emory University School of Medicine.  He previously served as Medical Director for the Clinical Laboratories and Point-of-Care testing at Emory University Hospital Midtown, the Emory Clinical Translational Research Laboratory, Serious Communicable Disease Unit Laboratory, and the Clinical Research Network Laboratories for the Atlanta Clinical and Translational Science Institute.  Dr. Molinaro has served in many roles for the development of CLSI documents: reviewer, contributor, Vice-Chairholder, expert panel industry representative, and most recently as a member of the Consensus Council.  He is a Medical Laboratory Scientist certified by the American Society for Clinical Pathology, board certified in Clinical Chemistry by the American Board of Clinical Chemistry, and is a Fellow of the American Association for Clinical Chemistry (AACC) Academy and Association of Clinical Scientists.  Dr. Molinaro has over 50 publications and book chapters and is a member of several expert panels and globally recognized committees in the field of laboratory medicine.
