What are the payment options for the online store?

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Members, depending on their level, receive discounts and free access to products. Learn more here.

Can I order with a purchase order through the online store?

No, purchase orders must be faxed to +1 610.688.0700 or e-mailed to customerservice@clsi.org.

Can I return products to CLSI?

Yes, if products are in saleable condition, the customer may return the items for credit or exchange (within six months of the transaction) and include a copy of the packing slip to:
