See a list of the current CLSI Board of Directors here.

Board Composition and Balance

The Board is comprised of up to 14 officers and directors plus the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In order to ensure balance, CLSI's Bylaws require that the total number of elected officers and directors from any one constituency (ie, professions, government, and industry) not exceed by more than one the number of officers and directors from the other two constituencies.

Skills and Expertise

CLSI employs a skills mix matrix when evaluating nominees in order to elect the nominees with the most valuable skillsets on the Board. No one nominee is expected to possess them all. The skills mix matrix is attached here. Please ask your nominee to fill out the skills mix matrix and attach it below.
