Several times a year, CLSI committees come together to advance their work by discussing new protocols and practices and the development of new standards in laboratory medicine.
This January, CLSI Subcommittee on Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing, Subcommittee on Veterinary Susceptibility Testing, and Subcommittee on Antifungal Susceptibility Tests will be convening in person 18-23 January 2024, at the Mission Palms Hotel in Tempe, Arizona. The conference is an in-person event for the medical laboratory community. Select sessions will be live streamed so that those who cannot attend can listen to the plenary presentations and submit questions.

Travel Details
- The January 2024 Committees Week will be hosted at the Mission Palms Hotel in Tempe, Arizona
- $269/night
- Event room block reservations must be made by December 20. After that date, we will not be able to guarantee room reservations.
- The local airport is the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, PHX.
- The Mission Palms Hotel offers transfers from the airport. Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.
- The hotel is in walking distance to many great restaurants and sites.
There are a limited number of Government rate rooms available. If you need a Government rate room, please contact Stephanie Robinson (srobinson@clsi.org) directly for the link to book your government rate room.
COVID-19 Safety
Proof of vaccination is not required for meeting attendance. Masks are optional. The CDC recommends wearing a well-fitting mask indoors in public, regardless of vaccination status or individual risk. Masks will be available at the CLSI registration desk.
Meeting Materials
- Submit your meeting materials by 11 December using the link below.
- Materials will be distributed to all those on the Subcommittee rosters and to registered meeting attendees at least a week prior to meetings.
- In addition, at their completion, the meetings will be recorded and posted with the respective background materials.
