Nominating Committee

CLSI is seeking volunteers to serve as members of its Nominating Committee.

The Nominating Committee:

• Considers qualified candidates who have been recommended for open officer and director positions, ensuring that appropriate balance is maintained on the Board among representatives of government, industry, and the health care professions
• Recommends a slate of candidates who represent the best match of qualifications and expertise with the skills the Board identifies as critical to its future operation

Term of Service

Nominating Committee members serve a one-year term beginning on January 1 and ending on December 31. Eligible members may be reappointed for up to four consecutive terms.
Nominating Committee activities schedule

The Nominating Committee meets twice per year (July and August) via Web conference.
