It's time to honor the important role laboratory professionals like you play in the lives of patients around the world.

Medical Laboratory Professionals Week, an annual celebration of medical laboratory professionals and pathologists who play a vital role in health care and patient advocacy, took place between 14-20 April 2024. CLSI was one of 17 laboratory medicine organizations responsible for coordinating this annual celebration of your profession. 

CLSI's mission to develop clinical and laboratory practices and promote their use worldwide aligns with the crucial work of laboratory professionals.

Working to reduce the spread of global antimicrobial resistance, laboratory professionals are on the front lines of patient protection. Our commitment is to provide the resources and tools that ensure accurate testing and improve health care around the world.
