Refund Policy

Refund Policy 

CLSI is committed to providing excellent customer service while still protecting its intellectual property. CLSI allows for the return of products in certain circumstances. Those circumstances are detailed below.

1. Returns are accepted for printed products, CDs, and DVDs within sixty (60) days of shipment for a full refund or credit as long as the goods are deemed by CLSI to be in resalable condition.
2. On-demand eLearning and webinars are nonrefundable.
3. All other products and services including electronic PDF documents and memberships are nonrefundable.
4. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling.
